*UPDATE*

Ok, So I joined a sim forum, and I had to totally update my look and stuff....O.o

Here's a new edit.

and

My banner...

My friend showed me how to put another background behind a sim in GIMP (I only knew in PS)
and...I like it better, but then I figured out my own way, and it's easier, and the cut is clearer.

Lunar Lakes & India Inspiration Store Set Pictures!

Yes. I know this is old news...but, Lunar Lakes is awesome!
I am more of a Sunset Valley/RiverView and hidden Springs kinda gal so you're getting input from someone who prefers those towns. I was about wandering between the town and I saw a sim, so I went to go look at the sim...and...well...

She was wearing blue polka dots?
I saw more in the corner and saw 3 people in a row standing that looked EXACTLY like her. I was horrified but laughing at the same time.

Scary. D:

I also moved to and from a couple houses...and they don't have my favorite architecture...:/

Ignore the fortune teller thing, I was trying it out.
This is the house farthest away from the town behind all the mountains.
Extremely Ugly. :/

The town itself über pretty! :)
That ugly house that was in the previous picture.

Alright. I'm in a different house now. And ^ this is what the first bed room looked like. ¬.¬
Well, Here is the India Set at the store! The floor is form Generations. The wall was customized. The dresser lights thing is from ShowTime, and the two chairs and fortune teller are a different store set.

Giant TV from ShowTime.
I <3 the India Inspiration stuff, it's really pretty. The clothing is perfect for the Genie's in ShowTime and they are just adorable.
I really recommend getting it. :)
My view of Lunar Lakes from my window.
Another clip of Lunar Lakes from my window.

SimPort...More like FailPort?!

SimPort is a cool little add on from ShowTime. It enables your sims to be sent to other games so it can perform on their stages and other things. You cannot control your sim while they are being sent away nor can they control your sim. I went to my friends list, to go send my sim away just for trying...and I got a little error that asked me to raise default handle or something! Well, Once I clicked "yes" it sent my game down meaning, it crashed it...D: No more SimPort time for me! >.< Grr!
Just thought I'd share that.

Anyone know why?

Oh well. Just opening Lunar Lakes now for the first time! :)

Anyone know where to get Hidden Springs decrapified? :)
Thanks!

Woo! Evelyn's a model for Le Rouge Photography!

Le Rouge Photography is a modeling sim page on FaceBook, and Look who got in? Evelyn! :)
Her first time modeling for someone other than me! :) I'm so proud. At first, I didn't get in, and then...I went back and looked AND voíla! She forgot to say "Evelyn"! :) I'm excited. I'll link you to the page. :)

Bald Sims On Your Mac Computer? Here's A Solution!

                                Not  Evelyn -->

Ok, I'm sure a lot of you MAC users
(I'm one of them)
experiences certain hairs, and CC
NOT working, for instance,
they install but show up
invisible or bald. Like the hair shown on the picture of this bald beauty.

"How Do I solve this?!"
Whenever you install a .package file,
The stuff doesn't work! >.<
What you do, Is every time you install a .package file, you go and delete a file in your 'The Sims 3' folder.
Here's a screenshot to help you out.

Open your finder.

Open Your 'Documents' folder, from your finder.

I doubt I need to screenshot this next step.
Go to Electronic Arts,
Then, 'The Sims 3'
You should have already been at the folder, considering you just installed a .package file.

This, or similar, is what your 'The Sims 3' folder should look like, I hadn't scrolled all the way down, so I couldn't capture every single file/folder in there. DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING YET!!
Now, I shall tell you what to delete so that your hairs/accessories/other junk works.

You see the little files that look like this floating around your 'The Sims 3' folder?
The ones that say *******Cache.package?
Delete ALL the Cache files.
DO NOT GO INTO ANY FOLDERS INSIDE THE 'The Sims 3' FOLDER! JUST DELETE THE ONES IN THE SIMS 3 FOLDER!

Now, To quickly sum things up,
Go
Finder>Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3
All Cache files.
Remember! Once you go into The Sims 3 folder,
Delete the Cache files! DO NOT GO INTO ANY OF THE FOLDERS WITHIN THE SIMS 3 AND DELETE STUFF.
Also, Every time you install a .package file, delete those Cache files. They always remake themselves when you open the game!

And, Thar you go! :)
